The WSSCI Fall Technical Meeting will be held on October 16-17, 2023 in Northridge, CA.
The conference will be held at the East Conference Center. The conference venue is located at the University Student Union, which is in the heart the San Fernando Valley, and about 30 miles away from downtown Los Angeles.

CSUN is conveniently located near one regional airport, Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR), and one international airport, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Transportation options to and from the main campus include driving, ride-hailing service, airport shuttles, and taxis.
The Hollywood Burbank Airport is about 15 miles from CSUN. For convenience, it is recommended for domestic travelers.

LAX is about 26 miles from CSUN. Please note that traffic from LAX to Northridge is often very heavy. Expect it to take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on when you arrive.

CSUN is accessible by highway from California 118 (about 3 miles south from the Reseda Blvd exit), Interstate 405 (about 3 miles west from the Nordhoff St exit), or US 101 (about 5 miles north from the Reseda Blvd exit). Attendees can visit Information Booth #3 (located on Prairie Street off Zelzah Avenue and open between 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Sunday - Saturday) for directions to the G3 parking structure, which provides convenient access to the conference venue at the East Conference Center. Daily parking permits may be purchased once you arrive on campus from a parking permit dispenser or one of the Information Booths. The parking permit dispensers and Information Booths accept cash and credit cards to purchase your daily parking permit. While a car is your most convenient means of getting around Northridge and the Los Angeles area, some public transit options include DASH (no Sunday operation) and the Metro system (bus and rail).
