Please indicate if a student will be presenting the paper.  The Western States Section of the Combustion Institute awards a travel stipend of $150 to each non-local student (travel distance > 60 miles) presenting a paper.  Student presenters must apply for awards to Dr. Mark Linne, WSS/CI Secretary, at mlinne@sandia.gov no later than February 27 to be considered for an award. The application should include the talk title, student's mailing address, and a statement from the faculty advisor verifying the student is registered at his/her home institution.
